The U.S. Consulate in Tijuana (TJ) is located approximately 15 minutes from the border line which separates the U.S. from Mexico. The border line is approximately 25-45 minutes from the international airport in San Diego, CA. depending on traffic.

This service is provided for clients who do not have the payment made at the Banamex Bank in Mexico. You will not be allowed to enter the U.S. Consulate without first paying this. - 1 copy of the most recent passport per person (first page only)
- 1 copy of the appointment confirmation per person/family (first page only)
- 1 copy of the fill form which will have your name, address, phone, etc. per person/family

- This can be obtained by visiting your nearest Mexican Consulate. We highly suggest that you obtain this in case of a visa denial or extra travel in Mexico is required.
How to get to the U.S. Consulate in Tijuana, B.C.
The border in Tijuana is about 25 minutes away from San Diego, CA. There is a parking lot on the U.S. side of the border which is about $10.00 USD per day to park your car. You will then walk across the border (the Line) and as soon as you pass the Mexican Immigration there will be a large parking lot filled with Mexican taxi cabs on the right hand side any of which can take you straight to the consulate for about $6.00 USD. As soon as you get your US visa, take a cab back to the border and walk across straight into the US Immigration office. You will then show your new US Visa and pay $6.00 for your new I 94 card. As soon as you finish there you are free to go home.
