Mexico Assistance Services is proud to offer our clients with more payment options than any other agency providing similar services. You can use PayPal to safely make your payment using your credit card or bank information even if you are not a registered user. Remember, if you pay by PayPal, you can fax us your documents for faster processing. You will also save on shipping expenses!
Registered Users (Clients with PayPal accounts):
1. Log on to your account
2. Click on Send Money
3. Enter the correct amount for the service
4. Recipient/ MAS PayPal ID is marklehmann@mexico-assistance.com.
5. Enter any other required information i.e. notes/ appointment date
6. Click Send Money
7. PayPal will send you a email confirmation immeidately to the email address they have on file for you.
8. Please record the PayPal transaction ID/ confirmation # on the checklist (step 7) Doc Requirements page.
Non-Registered Users (Clients without PayPal accounts):
1. Email MAS - marklehmann@mexico-assistance.com - requesting an online invoice. Please be specific with the following information so we can send you the correct invoice the first time:
Name
Services Required i.e. MAS Service 1, 2,or 3, Prepaid US Visa Application Fee Service/ Shipping 2nd day, overnite, etc.
Location for stamping i.e. Matamoros
Number of applicants - husband/wife, 3 or more adults stamping on the same date, one applicant, child(ren)
Returning client/if so, what was the previous appointment date
Best number to reach you
How soon do you need the visa application fee (this applies to the prepaid US visa application fee service clients ONLY)
We can only send you the invoice once we receive all the information listed above, otherwise there may be delays in sending you the invoice.
